The three "dew" spheres of Taiyuan Botanical Garden won the Building Structural Skill Award at the 2021 World Structural Awards. In December, the main entrance project of Taiyuan Botanical Garden won the "China Steel Structure Gold Award", which is the highest honor award for engineering quality in China's construction steel structure industry.

In addition, Taiyuan Botanical Garden has also won several international and domestic awards such as ENR Global Best Project and Aladdin Magic Lamp Award. It is a national popular science education base and a Shanxi popular science education base.

Taiyuan Botanical Garden lighting project. It should conform to the urban nature of Taiyuan's national garden city and national historical and cultural city, and reflect the Taiyuan urban spirit.

The botanical garden represents the symbol of ecological and cultural tourism, leisure natural ecological landscape recreation, and modern urban LOHAS. Night is a part of human life. Busy life during the day and leisure and relaxation at night. Light makes up for the lack of landscape leisure functions due to busyness during the day. 

The project aims to create a unique green open space and its attractive leisure and entertainment space to serve the urban residents of Taiyuan. According to the overall environmental layout of Taiyuan Botanical Garden, the lighting design is controlled at 3000-4000K through the overall color temperature, which is used as the keynote of the light environment to reflect the new rhythm of the botanical garden. Local nodes use colored light RGB color-changing embellishments in a small range, and are controlled by the unified linkage of the control system. Uniform and interspersed with changes and highlights, so as to achieve different artistic effects and energy-saving effects.
